We are a prominent manufacturer, exporter and supplier of Corks and Rubberized Cork Products in India. With family roots in the cork business dating back to the late 1950s, Bharat Corrub Industries LLP (BCI) was established way back in the year 1980. And today, we have grown to be the best composite plant manufacturing cork and rubber cork products in India.
BCI offers a gamut of products including different grades of cork sheets used in manufacturing PP cap wads, scooter clutch plates, industrial gaskets, heavy machinery foundation cork slabs, cork rods and cork discs for aerated bottle caps, rubberized cork sheets, frames, gaskets, strips and components in different grades and as per the specifications of customers. As a matter of fact, Bharat Corrub manufactures practically everything in cork, except the good old cork stopper.
The company has earned a reputation of fulfilling challenging jobs and has received appreciation for its work from major power transformer manufacturers and automotive gasket manufacturers of India. We have successfully developed a wide customer base, owing to our penchant for offering superior quality products at reasonable prices and strive to deliver them on time. Our products may broadly be classified under two categories – Cork Products and Rubberized Cork Products.
CORK PRODUCTS
BCI’s range of Cork and Agglomerated cork products include cork sheet, cork rolls, clutch facings, anti-vibration pads, granulated cork and decorative cork tiles. With state of the art manufacturing facilities, we ensure that the products are batch homogeneous. Agglomerated cork products are produced by mixing cork granulates of required grade and size with modified binders, which are then cured in an oven. We manufacture these products using both molding and extrusion technology.
Applications
BCI’s agglomerated cork products find application in various industries. Some of its uses are described as under:

RUBBERIZED CORK PRODUCTS
At Bharat Corrub Industries LLP, we manufacture Rubber Cork Products of various grades. Our brand name CHETAK is popular amongst leaders in the Transformer and Switchgear Industry.
